TOP STUTTERS, FPS DROPS, INPUT LAG SECRETS

i have micro stutter issue in every game i Enjoy, in a number of approaches. the only thing in common is the fact fps drop to 1 for about a second than return to regular, then happen once again with no continuity (possibly following one minute, or 10 minute etc). just before launching your recreation, close all other programs to press all the CPU
